Bogus Smith Posted November 9, 2005 Share Posted November 9, 2005 ...and this explains why the referee was talking from the floor to the fans during the Blue/White scrimmage game when the shot clock wasn't reset from 33 seconds during the first half when Owens kicked the ball out on an inbounds play. I thought that the guy was just another Mid-Con ref, but he must have been with the Big 12 just getting some practice time in the Mid-Con!!
