tmh8286
Subtitled, "She's baaaack!" Janae Voelker lights them up for 17. It's starting to sound like a little bit of a broken record - Voelker, Camrargo, Watman. Anyway, nice win by he Lady Eagles, 70-50 over Cameron. ORUJason
For a good part of last season, Turek and Hardin (when healthy) had to carry the team, and toward the end of the year Voelker and Watman started stepping up. Now that Turek is gone, it is great to see that Voelker and Watman are continuing to complement Hardin well. Camargo also is making some nice contributions. And several of the new players appear to be ready to step up as well, including Pegorari, Wehmeyer, and Robison. Wehmeyer looks like she has a nice touch around the basket and Robison hit 3 jump shots in a row during the Cameron game, if I remember correctly. Jerry appears to have recruited well, and now has a lot of depth. In the past, it seems like injuries have caused the team to lose some games they probably shouldn't have, but with more depth, they will be more able to overcome challenges down the road. And Jerry is very willing to spread the playing time around if the players deserve it....
ManiacVP
The new girls are great ball players... One the we wont get to see till next year, Gabby Walk, is a very good guard. She will be able to split some time at the point next year.
