Huge early season game tonight for our undefeated Golden Eagles vs. OU of the SEC....hopefully a big crowd at Case to cheer on the ORU ladies...GO BLUE!!!

Although it ended with a 1-1 tie, what an enjoyable evening to watch a really good match between us and the Lady Sooners.  I caught everything via the ORUSN on Midco Minus and in the second half there were recurrent problems with the feed of the broadcast loading, but otherwise it was great to sit in my man cave and watch it all unfold.  Looked like a really nice crowd showed up and again, our Lady Eagles are for real.

4-0-2 is a wonderful start and holding our own against a Power 4 team from the SEC is a credit to this ORU squad. Crowd was into it getting a 1-1 draw vs. the Sooners should boost our confidence as the ladies head to UALR next Ssturday.....

I was concerned about the hot weather, but as I enjoyed this match in the bleachers I was surprised that it did not feel unpleasantly hot. The bleachers were in the shade for the entire match and there was a pleasant breeze blowing. Before coming to this game, I was not a big soccer fan, but these ladies have converted me. If you live in the Tulsa area, I encourage you to come watch this team that is making ORU proud.
