TrueBlue82 Posted October 30 Posted October 30 Seriously, this is an EXCELLENT opportunity for ADTJ that will provide SIGNIFICANT benefits for ORU and the baseball program. Big WIN! 2 2
theeagleman5 Posted Tuesday at 06:07 PM Posted Tuesday at 06:07 PM Tim Johnson a budding superstar in college athletics?? Some of us always knew that this guy had a ton of talent unlike those who tried to throw shade on him when he replaced Mike Carter....TheEagleman is very glad to see ADTJ being recognized for his skills.....

Hopefully we can compensate him at a level that is commensarate with his abilities. A couple years ago, he was the lowest paid AD in the Summit League. I have not heard if that has changed. I believe that in the past, the GEC has helped bring his salary to a more reasonable level, but am not sure if that is still the case. 1

Big WIN! Agreed. We are very fortunate to have his leadership and it is encouraging to see those outside of Tulsa recognizing that. But to @dbl78 I hope that doesn't backfire on us.

Oh, he's very talented in some areas. Never disputed that. I just have to believe with his resume of helping Houston Nutt to great success at Arkansas (as a member of the football staff in his 20's), working side-by-side with Dabo Sweeney leading Clemson to ACC and National Titles, leading ORU to the Sweet 16 and CWS, along with being responsible for the 600% increase in attendance at Mabee Center, that he'll be gone soon. His resume is almost too good to be true.

theeagleman5 Posted Friday at 05:12 PM Posted Friday at 05:12 PM But if ADTJ ever decides to leave ORU for a larger venue.....the PERFECT candidate is just waiting around for a shot......at UMASS......
