Checked in on Arkansas - they are currently 7-1, are in the easier part of their schedule but also beating the teams they should beat so far unlike last year. Taleyah Jones leads the team in points, assists and minutes (7 more than the next player) and Emily is 3rd in alot of categories so Kelsi is riding what she knows. Will be really interesting to see how things shape up once conference play hits!

She has recruited well for next season, too.  I wish her well and hope that she rides a successful reign over the Piggies for years to come.

I'm sure Kelsi is a nice person, but I just can't bring myself to root for the Piglets in anything, ever.

Once Kelsi loses Taleyah and Emily, it will only be Kelsi that I'm rooting for - not the Piggies.  As far as I'm concerned, they can go wee-wee on themselves all the way home (isn't that how it goes? ).

By the way, T and E-Rob were at the TU-ORU game last month.  It was good to see them in the building.  They should always be Golden Eagles in the future.  You can't blame them for going after what little money (compared to the men's game) that they can get from a P4 school.

I will say, I do appreciate the Piggies for hiring Ryan Silverfield from my Memphis Tigers! We might actually have a chance to win the lousy AAC again now that he's gone. Not sure what the Arky folks saw in him, but I'm a happy boy!
