It's that time of year when we start to cobble together the upcoming baseball schedule from the various sources we can find.  Here is what I have found so far:

I believe that there is a home-and-home with OSU.  I would expect to see a home-and-home with Wichita State as well as Missouri State.  It will be good to get baseball season started because that means warmer weather is coming (let's just skip the cold weather please).

ORU's home opening series at the newly-remodeled JLJ is a three-game set with SWAC member Arkansas-Pine Bluff on the weekend of February 14-16.

You heard it here first....I will update the schedule above.  Nice to be during spring training if you like to see multiple games.

University of Cincinnati Bearcats' schedule shows a game in Tulsa with ORU on Tuesday, May 6 as they make the Big-12 rounds between OSU, Kansas and TCU.  See, even the big boys have a bus circuit that they travel.

Dallas Baptist travels to Tulsa for a weekend series on Feb 28 - Mar 2 with times TBA.

Oklahoma State's schedule is out and they will make a home-and-home appearance on the ORU schedule (Apr 8 and Apr 29). 

Also, ORU Hall of Famer, Steve Holm, returns to JL Johnson in early March for a two-game mid-week appearance with his Illinois State Redbirds team. ISU plays Oklahoma State the following weekend, which provides an opportunity for Steve's team to knock out five games on a swing through the Sooner State. The schedule above is updated.

TrueBlue82 will recall that we were both in school during the time the Cougars, including future MLB'ers Rick Aguilera, Wally Joyner and Cory Snyder, squared off with equally-formidable "Titan" [sic] squads in some memorable Riverside Invitational Tournament games.

I've shared a couple of fun stories re: a particular RIT championship game before; and since I'm old I'm going to repeat them again...

Thanks for the info.  Updated the schedule above.  Also added the weekend series with Northern Colorado as that is the only way that we are playing Air Force on the 14th.   Unfortunately, the Summit League has still not published the SL schedule for 2025, so we can't lay those games in yet.

Spring Training games start that weekend, so there may be several ORU fans that make the trek to the Phoenix area for the ASU series AND some beginning pro games in the desert.

This is shaping up to be one of the best ORU non conference baseball schedules in a long time...congrats to Coach Folmar and the athletic dept. for getting this done...notice we don't have any non D-1 teams lined up unlike certain other sports...i know...not apples to apples but just making the point for the final time...               GO BLUE!!!

Great job to the staff by picking up additional mid-week home games with Big12 teams (BYU, Cincinnati) traveling to play conference games in the region over the weekend.

I believe that ORU has started looking at teams coming through the area to OSU, TCU, KU, UofA, and OU to see if they can upgrade their mid-week games with some teams that Tulsa doesn't get to see often.  It saves on travel costs for those teams coming through and they are able to pick up games with a quality opponent.  Hopefully this will continue in the future season as well.
