However, where are all the other active players today - minors and majors - that have lineage to the ORU Baseball program? Adam Scoggins was released from the Dodgers' organization. Chi Chi is a free agent currently. Is Isaac Coffey still playing and where? Others?? Hopefully some on the board can get a list of players known to still be playing post-ORU. TrueBlue82 Posted December 30, 2022 Share Posted December 30, 2022 In a quick milb search, Spencer Henson, Isaac Coffey, and Matt Whatley are still listed as "Active", and there are probably others. Spencer has never risen above High-A, while Matt spent the second half of 2022 at AAA Round Rock, and may get a Spring Training invite (can never have too many catchers in Arizona). Isaac threw a grand total of 14 pitches last season in Rookie ball for the Red Sox. I can only assume that he sustained an injury at that point.
