Also, if it is their first time transferring or a graduate transfer then they are immediately eligible. Otherwise if it is a 2nd transfer or more then they must sit out a year. Still a month to go but so far so good. So now I am guessing that the Eagles have two scholarships available. Boone would be a good pickup but then Sir Isaac would basically sit on the bench.
