Old Titan
Good stuff, particularly from Mike Carter and Max Abmas:
Keenan Henderson
Great interview with Max! He really gets the fact that is not just about making the NBA for say a season or two. Max would rather take his time and develop his game at ORU and then hopefully turn that into a NBA career. Most young guys jump into the NBA after a freshman year in college and they just are not ready to sustain it for every long. Max is building deeper so he can stay longer in the NBA, very wise decision!
ORUJason
I totally agree. If you aren’t a Kevin Garnett level of talent, then it makes sense to improve your game in college so that you can be well prepared when you get an NBA opportunity.
