The senior shortstop batted .467 with six runs scored, eight RBI and two home runs. Torres collected a hit in every game last weekend and has hit safely in seven of his last eight games. His best outing was a 3-for-6 effort with four RBI in Sunday?s 10-4 win. Torres was just a double short of the cycle in that performance.
