Old Titan Posted February 22, 2021 Author Share Posted February 22, 2021 Anemic offense (5 hits) and spotty outfield play in the home-opening 4-3 loss; pitching was a little wild, but the infield did make some plays to keep it close. Meanwhile, Omaha takes the season opener 6-3 from Oklaoma - in Norman, no less. The "defending" (2019) Summit League champs are apparently still the team to beat in conference play this season; and remember they will be hosting the championship tournament in May, as well.
