ORU at South Dakota

Down 3 at 7 minute mark but then Eagles fall behind by 14 at about 3 minute mark. The game was lost in that 4 minute stretch. Defense had no answers today, which we thought might be the problem. Good news is that ORU wins 2 of three on the road trip.

Yea there were quite a few tough calls today. Even the USD guys on the stream were questioning quite a few against us.

91-80....Disappointing loss....home cooking refs....no surprise there....well, 2 of 3 on this trip is acceptable.....E-Man(27) and Abmas(24) showed up....Obanor disappointing again.....shot 46% but only 4-19 from 3....and 100% from the FT line....back home next week for SDSU and Denver.....hopefully ORU can take care of business...11-9 now (4-3 SL).:circle-logoi:

E-Man had a really great game (12-16 FG - 9 rebounds). We really need more from KO to win these kind of games.

Burns & Fuqua also played well (a combined 7-15 FG) but Kearns (1-6) and Abmas (9-22) need to improve against the upper half of the league.

South Dakota showed they are a solid team but how do you let Tyler H. ( their Center) score 31 and hit six threes. He looked like Mike Daum out there today.
