Old Titan Posted June 25, 2019 Share Posted June 25, 2019 I find it laughable that the writer of this column is worried about ORU and Omaha "bolting" if Summit baseball falls under six teams. Where could ORU bolt? What conference with members within a 500-mile radius would take ORU Athletics in its current state? More likely that ORU and/or Omaha would beg (even pay?) the Missouri Valley and/or the Horizon for associate membership in baseball until the Summit League could get back to the minimum six teams.
