That’s the sort of article(s) you get when you completely bungle the dismissal of a guy who was very popular with the media.

The only remedy would/will be winning records and a head coach who is at least equally popular with the local sports scribes.

Two years in, the jury is still out on just when either might become a reality.

It is unfair to Coach Mills to write an article like this.  He obviously had nothing to do with Scott Sutton’s dismissal.  Yet he still has to deal with it two years later.

well.  NDSU surprised me at PFW last week, hoping they can surprise me at Sioux Falls vs ORU.

lines won't come out til saturday, but it'll be interesting what they are.

1 thing that should worry ORU is NDSU's coach is probably playing for his job next year, and desperation in sports does funny things to players

NDSU should be at least a 5 point favorite.....if that's the approximate number....TheEagleman is liking NDSU teased with the Over.....might also have to look at lines in the other 3 games....could be some real good money making opportunities.....🤑

You guys are spoiled; there is no way David Richman should be on any hot seat considering what he accomplished his first two seasons.

Saul Phillips may be available in a couple of weeks if Ohio bombs in the MAC Tourney.  Maybe he goes back to NDSU?  jk

we will take either of them.

richman has 0 quality wins in 5 years

1st years team had Lawrence Alexander & Dexter Werner & Paul Miller. I could coach that.

hes under .500 2 years in a row.  zero adjustments in game, boring offense

No we were spoiled when we had Tim Miles and Saul Phillips, now we just have an average at best coach.

Dave is a nice guy but he has struggled to cultivate talent and build a front court, he never beats anyone good outside SDSU and lately we can't beat them. Gets throttled against most good teams in non-conference.

Western Illinois is beating SDSU by ten at halftime.  That would be an all time upset in Summit League history but sure would open things up on ORU's side of the bracket.

Western sure not playing scared... SDSU's players have taken some pretty obvious flops 🙄
