theeagleman5 Posted November 19, 2018 Share Posted November 19, 2018 Winless (0-8) Ecclesia visits Mabee Center tomorrow to help ORU get their 2nd victory of the season....hard to believe that Coach Mills will run it up in this game considering he understands how it feels when the shoe is on the other foot.....TheEagleman expects all of ORU's bench to see some playing time in this one as the Golden Eagles coast to a 95-63 win..... If we continue to improve we might be able to be competitive against N Illinois, Oakland and JMU and maybe steal a win or 2! JMU is off to their best start(4-0) since 1982. Dr. Cornelius Posted November 20, 2018 Share Posted November 20, 2018 Good Weaver seems to be getting more comfortable looking for his shot. Really like the energy Francis showed both on the court and on the bench - cheering on his teammates. The ability to rest Sam, Kerwin, & E-Man and get some other guys minutes together. Obanor picked up some pretty weak fouls (I know you probably have to call the T for stepping over a player... but where was he supposed to go?) but still scored 10 points in only five minutes on 5/5 shooting. Bad Leaving the baseline completely unguarded... there were several possessions where Ecclesia drew all five defenders to the key in attempts to find a backdoor cutter.
