ORUlongdistancefan Posted January 24, 2018 Share Posted January 24, 2018 Over a 100 points against an overmatched opponent, but I wonder what was gained taking a ton of 3-pointers and the one-on-one guard play. While effective today, history tells us we will not play that kind of ball (and win) against the likes of SDS, SD and Western Illinois. Our post play, our high-low post play, and screening/isolation play were all non-existent. I would like to be proven wrong when Western Illinois comes to town, or when we play the Dakotas up north, but I was not encouraged by today's performance.
