Was starting to think with all the excitement on the MBB board you'd forgotten to post Eagleman.

Finally a chance to improve our RPI. Hope to see lots of ORU fans in the stadium!

We always said our goal was to get to Omaha - just didn't think it would be every year! :)

ORU's RPI (warrennolan.com) jumps from 102 to 85 with the win over the Sooners.  Definitely needed the win, as there are very few RPI jump opportunities left on the schedule.  Even a series sweep in the Summit lowers the RPI...

We took a nice slide down the rankings this weekend even with two run-rule victories. Hopefully we don't slip too far by the time the season is over. Can this team pull a 3 seed, or have we sunk too far down the polls?

Very impressed with the pitching staff this year. We don't really have the Friday night ace we've had in the past, but I think this bullpen has a lot more depth than we've seen in a long time. Just have to keep the bats awake to back them up.

Great night against the Sooners. The crowd was great - the students were there in force and it was perfect baseball weather. This ORU team does what it takes to win. I especially liked the safety squeeze to plate a run. Our pitching is solid and backed up by good defense. I'm glad we got timely hitting last night to score those three runs.

The students were there in full force, but it took perfect weather, all the inflatables and trinkets that could be found and dinner served on the lawn outside the ballpark.  If any of those components fall through, the crowd is 300-500 less (unfortunately).

Ah, yes....the fireworks show.  They could have seen that from their dorm rooms or the prayer garden, though. :)
