oruvoice Posted November 29, 2016 Share Posted November 29, 2016 ORU women cruised past USAO today (32 point win) with a noon tip-off in the annual "field trip" game. 3-3 on the season...even with several keys players out with injuries. Next up is at Little Rock on Thursday. Winnable game on the road. Then on to the hated Sooners on Sunday. Followed by three very winnable games at home. oruvoice Posted November 30, 2016 Author Share Posted November 30, 2016 Pretty good crowd. It's funny, the little kiddies clap, chant, & cheer and seem to have a really good knowledge of the game. Makes for a great atmosphere. Thinking we should bring them in to help our student section, who seem to be more interested in taking selfies and playing on their phones during the games. Anyway, I digress. The women's team seems to really be coming together and should be a force in the conference this year! And, that's still after having lost two starters and another new player to injury. Coach Cussen and staff really seem to have the women's program trending up!!
