Gotta believe E-Man will remember the schooling he took from Wilson earlier this month in Brookings when he takes the Mabee Center court tonight....the entire ORU squad should be looking for a little payback from that 96-79 beating by the Jacks.....this is a huge game...most important of the season thus far for the home team.....we need to play stronger D and score on them inside.....a few 3s would be helpful also......Coach Mills will have the team fired up heading into this one and TheEagleman is confident of victory......Let's hope the students show up in full force....Good Guys still a 4 point favorite and the O/U sits at 154.....I love ORU and the Over tonight.....ORU gets a little payback pulling away in the 2nd half for a double digit win.....ORU 89 SDSU 79...….GO BLUE!!!...

Last week’s game at USD was a “missed opportunity”, but a win tonight against SDSU is crucial to staying competitive in the Summit race. ORU must continue to defend its home court, especially against the top tier teams in the conference. Earning a 1 or 2 seed for the tourney is more important than ever this year. Not only does the 1/2 seed gain a day of rest with a first round win, but the first round opponent (7/8 seed) will likely not have a “Dakota” on their jersey. With an easier remaining schedule than the rest of league (ORU should be favored in at least 7 of the 9 games) ORU is still a strong contender for a 1/2 seed, but has no margin of error to stub their toe. Should be a great game tonight!
