I'd imagine a bulk of those expenses relate to the "Athletically Related Student Aid" (i.e. student scholarships). The data in the tweet is sourced from the U.S. Department of Education's "Equity in Athletics Data Analysis." Not able to direct link to a specific school - but use this link: https://ope.ed.gov/athletics/#/ .
