I don't want to get too down on Austin; I just think (for whatever reason) the team plays more aggressively with RJ at the point as many minutes as possible. Whether that's something special that RJ brings to the table, or it's the other guys simply playing harder because they like the tempo (or are just trying to keep up) is subject to debate. The team just seems slower and more passive when RJ is not on the floor as much, and the results seem to bear that out.

What that means is a guy who can't drive the ball to the rim and FINISH.

Mills needs a couple of his recruits to hit next year or it will be more of the same I'm afraid... He needs Milton to win the PG spot and Deshang Weaver to be ready to play right away at the three so he can move Eman back to the 4 spot. That would give you -- Milton, Harris, Weaver, Eman, and White with a bench of Kearns, RJ, Miller, Obanor; red shirt the Euro and then Mills has to decide if Manek and Emir return or look for more playing time elsewhere
