Tabor is currently 8 and 0 and takes on an opponent Tuesday before traveling to Tulsa. Their coach is Micah Ratzliff - a former ORU player. theeagleman5 Posted November 25, 2015 Share Posted November 25, 2015 Last season ORU pounded Tabor at Mabee Center by 40....Coach Sutton didn't take it easy on his former pupil....but after playing 3 games in 3 days over the weekend, TheEagleman finds it hard to believe that any of our starters will play more than 20 minutes especially with a tough game with Detroit coming up on Saturday.....can't risk injuries to any of the key guys and I am thinking that we will see a lot of Crawford, Young, Harris and Vance tonight along with the rest of the bench players....Tabor sounds like a good team based on their record now 9-0 with a win last night but they are NAIA and aren't used to playing at this level....the Bluejays do score a lot of points but tallest guy on the roster is 6-8...so ORU gets up early and then coasts to a 96-70 win.....good luck, Micah.... ORUTerry Posted November 26, 2015 Author Share Posted November 26, 2015 Jeffries is a talented, athletic player. We have not had someone with his skill set since Larry Owens. And he is only a freshman. Obi Emegano is an all around player who plays hard/smart on both sides of the court. Owens has stepped his game up. He is active and aggressive. We need to feed him the ball more down low. I like what I see from Anderson at point guard so far. He seems steady and looks to get the ball to the open man.
