Old Titan Posted August 30, 2015 Share Posted August 30, 2015 I would imagine it's a similar situation to Korey Billbury his freshman year: probably on some sort of financial aid and attending classes, but not officially on the team, so no listing on the roster, no official team practices, no suiting up for anything, etc. Perhaps he can sit behind the bench in street clothes and go in the locker room during games? (let's face it, ANYBODY who knows the right people in the program can sit behind the bench and/or go into the locker room at games, right? Shouldn't Chris be able to?) Not sure if someone in his situation can do individual workouts with the basketball or strength coaches, or if gets the full benefit of tutors from the athletic academic office, but likely he would be receiving whatever assistance is permitted in these cases.
